Product Analyst
Location: Plano, Texas (Hybrid β Local candidates only)
Weβre looking for a curious, analytical, and collaborative Product Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming data into insights that influence product decisions and improve customer experience. You will partner closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to understand how our digital platforms perform and identify opportunities for improvement.
This is a hybrid role, so weβre looking for candidates who are local to the Plano area and comfortable working both onsite and remotely.
What Youβll Be Doing
As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in helping our teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
β’ Tech SEO Support
β’ Work with product and engineering teams to analyze and improve the technical SEO health of our digital platforms. Monitor performance metrics, identify indexing or crawl issues, and help ensure our products are optimized for search visibility.
β’ Accessibility Analytics & Compliance
β’ Partner with teams to measure and improve digital accessibility. Track accessibility metrics, support compliance initiatives, and help ensure our products meet modern accessibility standards and provide an inclusive experience for all users.
β’ WANLY Analysis
β’ Support the WANLY program by monitoring data trends, identifying performance gaps, and providing analytical insights that help teams understand customer behavior and engagement.
β’ Marketplace Reporting
β’ Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into marketplace performance. Work with stakeholders to interpret data and highlight opportunities for growth, optimization, and improved product performance.
β’ Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
β’ Use customer journey data to understand how users interact with our products across multiple touchpoints. Identify friction points and recommend improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience
β’ Experience working as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or Digital Analyst
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
β’ Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
β’ Familiarity with digital analytics tools and web performance metrics
β’ Understanding of technical SEO concepts
β’ Experience analyzing customer behavior and digital journeys
β’ Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
β’ Exposure to Accessibility standards (WCAG)
β’ Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) platforms
β’ Experience supporting eCommerce or digital marketplace environments
