Position Overview:
We are seeking a Product/Data Analyst to join an eCommerce Product team. This role will support our expanding analytics capabilities by building scalable data pipelines, developing insightful dashboards, and delivering analysis that informs digital product and business decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable working across multiple data sources to uncover opportunities for improved customer experience and business performance.
• Duties & Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines (SQL/BigQuery/Snowflake/Databricks) to integrate and organize data from multiple sources.
• Develop dashboards and reports (PowerBI/Tableau/Looker) to provide clear visibility into eCommerce performance.
• Analyze sales, customer journeys, payments, and website analytics to identify trends, friction points, and areas for optimization.
• Monitor KPIs, assess product performance, and provide actionable insights for features, promotions, and campaigns.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation, providing data-driven recommendations to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver timely insights that drive measurable impacts.
• Work Split~60% data engineering and SQL pipeline development.
• ~40% dashboarding, reporting, and product performance analysis.
• Required Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, product analysis, or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills with experience building and managing data pipelines.
• Proficiency with visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with customer journey analytics tools (Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, ContentSquare, etc.) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
