In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You won’t just be analyzing data; you’ll be actively shaping the user experience by prototyping B2C portals, writing code, and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate our product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Prototyping & Design: Lead the UX/UI prototyping efforts for our B2C Client Portal, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey. Deep-Dive Data Analytics: Use SQL to extract insights, perform complex data analysis, and translate numbers into actionable product strategies. Requirements & Documentation: Write clear, concise functional requirements and user stories that the engineering team can run with. Agile Collaboration: Participate in Daily Standups and manage workflows within Jira to keep projects on track. Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Validation to ensure every release meets our high standards. Development & AI: Write code to support product initiatives and utilize Claude and ChatGPT to optimize workflows, generate documentation, and solve complex problems. Reporting: Create comprehensive reports for stakeholders to track product performance and KPIs. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Product Analyst role. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and experience writing code (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar). Design Mindset: Proven experience in UI/UX prototyping (tools like Figma or Adobe XD are a plus). AI Literacy: Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity. Agile Expertise: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment using Jira and Scrum methodologies. Analytical Thinker: Ability to perform deep-dive analysis and communicate findings through professional reporting.
