Product Information Analyst I (Contract Role) Location: Onsite (Beaverton, OR) – Hybrid (Fridays remote) Duration: 48-week contract Team: Data Business Integration / Product Data Management About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Information Analyst I to support a global product data organization within a fast-paced consumer products environment. This role ensures accurate, complete, and timely product information across systems that support product creation, planning, and downstream business operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality product data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and support continuous improvement of data processes and tools. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain global product information across assigned product lines • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product data throughout the product lifecycle • Partner with Product Management, Merchandising, and Development teams to align on data requirements • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and system issues • Support integration of product data into downstream systems and business applications • Contribute to process improvements and data quality best practices Required Skills & Experience • 1–3 years of experience in data management, product data, PLM/PIM, merchandising operations, or similar roles • Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup) • Experience working with large structured datasets in fast-paced environments • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams • Experience troubleshooting or resolving data/system inconsistencies Preferred Experience • Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Information Management (PIM), or Master Data Management (MDM) • Experience in retail, apparel, footwear, or consumer products environments • Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) • Exposure to ERP or enterprise data systems • Experience supporting process improvement or data governance initiatives Ideal Candidate Profile • Highly detail-driven and process-oriented • Strong communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments with shifting priorities • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of data issues • Collaborative and dependable team contributor • Strong prioritization and organizational skills Keywords Product data management, PIM, PLM, MDM, data quality, data governance, Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), product lifecycle, merchandising data, SKU data, data reconciliation, system data maintenance, downstream systems, data integrity, product information, supply chain data, data cleanup, data validation, cross-functional collaboration Client Description Global leader in athletic footwear, apparel, and equipment.
