Job Title: Product Specialist III - SharePoint Job Location: Irwindale, CA (Onsite) Pay Rate: $50.50 - $56.02/ hour Job Type: Contract - 12 months Job Description: Role Overview The Senior Specialist is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing processes, procedures, and guidelines to improve efficiency, workflow, and productivity across multiple programs. This role includes evaluating current business processes, mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements. The position also designs, develops, and maintains SharePoint solutions to support business needs, including site configuration, workflows, reporting, and data management. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes, practices, and procedures and recommend improvements. • Develop, review, and update processes, procedures, and guidelines to enhance operational efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze data and information. • Design, create, and customize SharePoint sites, including layouts, navigation, and content structures. • Develop and implement SharePoint workflows to automate business processes such as approvals, task assignments, and data routing. • Design and build SharePoint components to enhance functionality and user experience. • Create and manage custom SharePoint lists and document libraries with appropriate metadata and security controls. • Track, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support decision-making and continuous improvement. • Develop reports and dashboards and utilize data visualization tools to present insights and trends to stakeholders. • Perform additional related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, process improvement, or operational enhancement roles. • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint applications. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Visio. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications • Advanced experience in data tracking, management, and reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms. • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Experience creating and managing automated data collection and reporting workflows within SharePoint or related platforms. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
