DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Texas Education Agency requires the services of 1 Product Support Analyst 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Product Support Analyst 3, Technical Services, Help Desk and Operations and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Education Agency.
All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Texas Education Agency and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Texas Education Agency will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Administrator to lead the upgrade, governance, and
troubleshooting of our Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit. This role will be equally focused on AI administration
and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, as well as Dynamics 365 CRM management and enhancement. The ideal candidate will
bring strong experience across Power Platform tools, including Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Canvas apps, and D365 CRM, with a
collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform
- Administer and support Dynamics 365 CRM, including configuration, customization, and integration with Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform Canvas apps to meet business needs.
- Document processes and ensure consistent workflows across CRM and Power Platform solutions.
AI & Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement, policy compliance, and performance monitoring.
- Administer AI capabilities within Power Platform and M365, ensuring responsible use and alignment with business goals.
- Provide expertise in Co-Pilot Studio to streamline development and automation processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and reporting.
Job Qualifications:
Power BI Expertise: Strong skills in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
Power Platform CoE Toolkit: Experience in upgrading and troubleshooting the toolkit.
Copilot Studio Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for automation and development.
Canvas App Development: Skilled in building user-friendly and functional Canvas apps.
Dynamics 365 CRM: Proven experience in administering and customizing D365 CRM.
AI & M365 Copilot Governance: Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance practices.
Azure Services: Solid understanding of Azure Analytics and related services.
