We operate in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and strive to meet product and company initiatives. Partnering with editorial, marketing, and corporate communications, we develop videos to a quality standard that corresponds to the needs of our markets. This position leads all video content flow intake to delivery, ensuring quality, industry standards, and timeliness. Your New Role As a Production Analyst, you'll have a key role in coordinating the flow of video content within our team to ensure all video assets are delivered flawlessly and punctually. • Acting as the initial contact for all incoming work in the department and understanding the requirements of every project. • Publishing video products live on launch dates and tracking video assets throughout production to ensure timely delivery. • Analysing metrics and sharing findings. • Leading the adoption, migration, and integration of new systems, and representing the process needs of video to technology partners. • Performing user acceptance testing in collaboration with technology teams. • Leading indexing and transcription vendors. • Supporting the GVP team and video requesters on systems usage. Are you? • Knowledgeable about the production cycle with an interest in digital content? • A strong administrator with a passion for data, analysis and reporting to drive progress towards production milestones? • Proficient in using Excel, particularly with formulas and functionalities like v-lookup, nested IF functions, data validation, and pivot tables? • Experienced in data collection and visualization with knowledge of Power BI and XML? • Detail oriented and able to deliver outstanding content in line with product goals and launch dates? • A collaborative problem solver who can form relationships and partner with teams to propose solutions when issues arise? • Curious and open to ask questions and share ideas to streamline processes?
