Role description
This is an onsite role in Phoenix, AZ (Zip Code - 85085). Required schedules are dayshift Tuesdays-Saturdays or Sundays-Thursdays.
This role blends operations planning, project management, and data analysis to drive on-time delivery, optimize resources, and improve supply chain performance.
The successful candidate combines analytical rigor with cross-functional leadership—driving alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, and Project Management to enable predictable, efficient, and data-driven execution.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field a plus
• Experience in planning, procurement, spares operations or project management
• Semiconductor equipment manufacturing or high-tech hardware experience a plus
• Job will be Onsite Flex. Hybrid role requires both in person and remote
• Willing to work Dayshift Sundays-Thursdays or Tuesdays-Saturdays and Holidays is a plus
• proficient in ERP/ MRP systems (SAP is preferred)
• Advanced Excel or data visualization tools
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights
Job Duties:
Production Planning & Scheduling
• Translate customer demand, backlog, and forecast signals and execute on order fulfillment
• Continuously monitor plan adherence, identify gaps, and drive recovery plans to meet delivery targets.
Project & Program Management
• Act as a cross-functional project manager for escalations, recovery initiatives and drive corrective action cross-functionally
• Lead coordination meetings between manufacturing, supply chain, planning and Spares Ops teams
• Develop and maintain project timelines, action trackers, and risk mitigation plans including the maintenance of project expectations within the Spares Enterprise
Data Analysis & Reporting
• Use data-driven insights to optimize order fulfillment and on-time delivery
• Build or facilitate development of dashboards or reports (e.g. Excel, Power BI) to monitor key metrics. Partner with programmers and the analytics team for more complex and longer-term asks. Work with functional SMEs as needed to convey business needs.
• Identify and detect upstream deviations and defects that negatively impact the order fulfillment process
• Perform root-cause analysis and propose and execute on measurable corrective actions.
• Leverage ERP (SAP) and planning tools to analyze demand/supply trends, simulate scenarios, and support decision-making
• Partner with analytics teams to automate planning reports and enhance forecast visibility
