Job Title: Profile Developer Retail Banking Systems Location: Fully Remote Employment Type: Contract Cinergy Technology is seeking a highly skilled Profile Developer to join our Retail Bank Technology division. This role requires deep expertise in Profile banking systems development with strong programming skills in MUMPS, Profile Scripting Language (PSL), and SQL. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in system architecture, integration, and performance optimization, along with the ability to mentor and lead technical teams. This is a fully remote opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Software Development & Enhancements • Design, develop, and enhance applications using MUMPS, PSL, and SQL within the Profile banking platform. • Deliver scalable, efficient, and secure software aligned with business requirements. • System Architecture & Integration • Lead architecture design and integration with third-party and core banking systems. • Work closely with architects to define standards, frameworks, and patterns. • Integrate Profile with APIs, payment systems, and external services. • Testing & Quality Assurance • Develop and execute unit, integration, and system test cases. • Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding and security standards. • Technical Leadership • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices. • Lead technical discussions, troubleshoot complex problems, and drive successful project delivery. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement • Work with business analysts, QA, and project managers to translate requirements into solutions. • Partner with infrastructure teams to optimize system performance and reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience in Profile banking systems development. • Strong expertise in: • MUMPS programming • Profile Scripting Language (PSL) • SQL (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL) • Solid understanding of retail banking operations, core banking modules, and transaction processing systems. • Experience with system architecture, design patterns, and integration frameworks. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design effective solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
