No C2C Must have some exposure to Data Privacy We are seeking a motivated Project Analyst to join a customer data privacy team in New York City. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply essential project management and privacy compliance skills while supporting critical business initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Support privacy compliance initiatives and data protection projects across the organization • Assist senior project managers and product owners with task-level project coordination • Conduct research and analysis on privacy regulations and industry best practices • Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and stakeholder communications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and track project progress • Perform data analysis and reporting to support privacy and compliance efforts • Assist with risk assessments and gap analyses related to privacy programs • Support the development and implementation of privacy policies and procedures • Handle smaller-scale projects and discrete tasks within larger workstreams Qualifications • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA) or data governance concepts • Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) • Basic knowledge of the energy sector or regulated industries • Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or privacy-related roles • Demonstrated growth mindset and eagerness to learn new skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or related field • 3 years of experience in analysis, project coordination, or similar role • Understanding of project management principles and methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
