Position: Project Planning Analyst
Location: Fort Worth, Texas- 100% onsite
Pay Range: $28.00-$30.00
Duration: Contract- 6 months with possibility of extending

Job Overview:
The Project Planning Analyst will play a critical role in supporting project management and operational efficiency. This position involves managing project data, creating dashboards, analyzing reports, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Manage TXDOT billing and new project request intake.
• Track and report workload and manage permits.
• Develop and maintain a City Management Plan dashboard.
• Serve as the SOX active/proactive list owner for Network, Metro East, and Metro West.
• Review and analyze CIAC accrual reports.
• Transform complex data into clear, impactful insights for decision-making.
• Present data effectively to various levels of management.
• Provide detailed data analysis to support Serve Existing groups in business decision-making.
• Analyze and track project data to improve project management processes.
• Build reports and dashboards to support Network, Metro East, and West Serve Existing teams.
• Collaborate with Major Construction, Finance, District Operations, Storeroom personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Track monthly capital plans, spending, and forecasting.
• Support Serve Existing group process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.
• Ability to write queries using various systems.
• Experience with data cleaning and data visualization.
• Knowledge of Maximo, FIM, ACIS, and other project management tools is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to learn new methods, techniques, and software as needed.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
