Title: Promo Operations Associate – 30488 Location: Remote or On-site, NYC Metro, NY Classification: W2 under Staffing Supplier Contract Duration: May 11, 2026 – December 31, 2026 Compensation: $30.48/hour Visa Sponsorship: Not provided Position Overview A fast-paced Ads & Promotions Operations team seeks a Promo Operations Associate to manage and optimize promotional and advertising campaigns for restaurant partners. This role combines campaign execution, data analysis, product improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure best-in-class marketing and advertising delivery for both consumers and merchants. Key Responsibilities β€’ Build, manage, and QA full-service promotional campaigns for enterprise and midmarket restaurants. β€’ Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and operational alignment. β€’ Navigate and support migration between legacy and new campaign management tools (including Ads Manager). β€’ Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets for campaign tracking and decision support. β€’ Assist with data entry and operational projects to drive system adoption and process improvement. β€’ Leverage AI-supported tools to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency. β€’ Communicate and troubleshoot technical and operational issues; drive problem resolution and proactive improvements. β€’ Drive product enhancements with feedback from data analysis and operational experience. β€’ Deliver actionable insights and maintain high standards of campaign accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Qualifications β€’ 2+ years’ experience in digital advertising, scaled ad operations, data entry, or audit; experience in a high-growth startup preferred. β€’ Excellent communication and organizational skills; adept at managing multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment. β€’ 2+ years’ hands-on experience writing SQL queries and developing dashboards. β€’ Detail-oriented with ability to handle high volume and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Autonomous problem-solver; comfortable balancing, prioritizing, and escalating campaign issues as needed. β€’ Self-starter who adapts as business and tools evolve. Nice to Have: β€’ SQL editing and dashboard design experience (e.g., Figma, Photoshop). β€’ Experience with AI-enabled workflow enhancements (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). β€’ Knowledge of reporting/data tools (Salesforce, Sigma, Tableau, etc.). β€’ Prior involvement in product improvements with technical teams.
