Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.
We are currently looking for a Provider Data Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
β’ Oversee and maintain accurate demographic information in relevant data management platforms, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
β’ Manage the lifecycle of records, including new setups, updates, and terminations.
β’ Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and quality standards.
β’ Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.
β’ Update rosters and datasets on scheduled and ad hoc timelines to maintain compliance.
β’ Act as a primary liaison between departments and external partners, resolving complex inquiries and issues.
β’ Provide oversight and troubleshooting support for data submission issues related to quality.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and disputes.
β’ Offer guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, serving as a subject matter expert.
β’ Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
β’ Present findings to management and contribute to solutions that improve efficiency and metrics.
β’ Participate in project implementations and process improvement initiatives.
β’ Develop and maintain automated process flows to ensure accuracy in downstream systems.
Required Qualifications
β’ High school diploma or equivalent.
β’ 5+ years of experience in provider data management, record administration, or a related operational function.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access.
β’ Experience with database management systems and reporting tools.
β’ Experience with SQL queries
β’ Strong understanding of data governance principles and quality assurance practices.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
β’ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
β’ Strong organizational and time management skills.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Preferred use of sPayer, Facets, and/or sProvider systems.
β’ Familiarity with relevant healthcare industry regulations and systems, such as HIPAA, FACETS, NPPES, PEGA, NCQA, ICE, DMHC, DHCS, and CMS.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Associateβs or Bachelorβs degree in administration, information management, or a related field.
β’ Experience with data management platforms or enterprise record systems.
β’ Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to data administration.
