Implementation Partner: Infosys End Client: Ally Financial Location: Charlotte, NC Billing Rate: $60/hour on 1099/ C2C (maximum) About the Role We are seeking a skilled Python Automation & AI Agent Developer with 3–7 years of experience to design, develop, and support cloud-native automation and AI agent workflows. This role involves building intelligent automation solutions using Python, RPA, and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain / LangGraph), deployed on AWS with containerized architectures. Key Responsibilities • Develop automation solutions using Python-based RPA and commercial RPA platforms. • Build AI agents leveraging LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate tools, APIs, and workflows. • Integrate automations with enterprise systems via REST APIs and databases. • Containerize services using Docker and support CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend services and automation workflows. Required Skills & Experience • Python (automation, backend services) – 3 to 7 years. • JavaScript (React/Node.js). • Hands-on RPA experience. • Practical expertise with LangChain and/or LangGraph. • Docker and container-based deployments. • AWS Cloud Practitioner-level knowledge with hands-on exposure. • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Git. Location & Compensation • Charlotte, NC (Onsite/Hybrid as per client requirement). • Billing Rate: $62/hour maximum. Profiles exceeding this rate will not be considered.
