Python Developer (AI-Native Products) Full-Time | Remote Our client partners with startup founders to transform ambitious AI ideas into working MVPs—fast. Using a proven, structured playbook, we take products from concept to prototype to production in weeks, not months. Our work spans a wide range of AI-driven use cases, and we rely heavily on modern tooling and AI-assisted development to move quickly without sacrificing quality. We’re looking for a Python Developer who enjoys building clean, scalable backend systems, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to work across multiple AI-focused products. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain Python-based backend systems across a variety of AI applications Develop and optimize APIs using FastAPI, with a focus on performance, reliability, and clarity Integrate external APIs and third-party services into production-ready systems Collaborate with teammates using GitHub for version control, pull requests, and code reviews Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and improve code quality Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently Contribute to technical decisions and architecture as products evolve from MVP to production What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of professional experience as a Python Developer or Backend Engineer Strong proficiency in Python and backend development best practices Hands-on experience building and debugging RESTful APIs using FastAPI Solid understanding of API integration patterns and third-party service integration Comfort working with GitHub and standard git workflows Experience using AI coding tools to enhance productivity and development speed Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment Nice to Have Experience working on AI-first or data-intensive applications Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment workflows Startup, agency, or MVP-focused development experience Interview Process The first step in our hiring process is a short AI-powered interview, which will be reviewed by our team before advancing candidates to the next stage.
