Python Developer with GenAI

Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and React within a dynamic, agile team. • Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to enhance development velocity and solution quality. • Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. • Participate in scrum meetings, report on project status, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements. • Learn and apply proprietary frameworks and best practices. • Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability. Skills & Experience Required • Python: 7-10+ years of hands-on experience. Proven ability to write optimized, efficient, and clean code. • React: 5+ years of UI/UX implementation experience. • GenAI: Experience with Generative AI technologies and coding assistants. • Databases: Proficiency in RDBMS and NoSQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and related technologies. • OOP & Design Patterns: Strong grasp and practical use during development. • Linux/Unix & Shell Scripting: Solid working knowledge. • Analytical Skills: Ability to design and implement effective solutions to complex problems. • Testing: Ability to write thorough unit tests covering all major logic components. • Advanced database skills, including PL/SQL and query optimization. • Experience with DevOps practices: CI/CD pipeline management, containerization, observability tools. • Familiarity with Layered and Component-based Architecture. • Scripting expertise in Python, Perl, or Unix shell. • Exposure to various application types: web, batch, and streaming. • Experience working in global Agile Scrum teams.
