Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions while developing backend services and integrations using Python. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the security and scalability of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and scripts.
Integrate and support IAM solutions, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and identity governance.
Work with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or similar) to build and maintain secure access systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
Ensure compliance with security policies and access controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3β6 years of Python development experience.
Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Ping, SailPoint, or similar platforms.
Understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect).
Experience with Java & SQL preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
