Role description
• Serverless architecture experience with Azure Functions or AWS Lambda (serverless scalable design, geospatial familiarity).
• Python backend development for data management with cloud storage and database integration (familiarity with data lake/HNS).
• PostgreSQL and database operations including schema management, SQL, optimization (familiarity with geometry types).
• Large file ETL processing experience (500MB+ files, batch operations, memory management in serverless).
• Production data pipeline development with error handling, retry logic, idempotency, and monitoring.
• REST API development and integration (consuming external data APIs, exposing pipeline status endpoints).
• Modern development practices including AI-assisted development, structured code organization, and collaborative debugging.
