Role Overview: We are hiring a Python Developer with 3–4 years of experience who has hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and integrating AI/ML models into production environments. You will work closely with our engineering and data teams to build intelligent, data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python • Integrate AI/ML models into web applications and services • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers and data scientists • Build scalable, maintainable backend infrastructure using Django, FastAPI, or Flask • Optimize code performance and ensure data security and compliance • Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews • Support deployment workflows including Docker and CI/CD pipelines Must-Have Qualifications: • 3–4 years of professional experience in Python development • Strong expertise in Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask) • Practical experience with AI/ML tools (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API) • Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous workflows • Proficiency with SQL and databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and containerization (Docker) • Based in Texas, USA Preferred Skills: • Experience deploying ML models into production environments • Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or LLM-based services • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Exposure to frontend or full-stack development is a plus
