Organization: Alignerr Position: Python Developer Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $60–$90 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities (Training Support Will Be Provided) • Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices. • Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop high-quality Python solutions. • Provide clear, human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies. • Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses. Requirements • Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field. • Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features. • 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code. • Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts. Preferred • Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.
