Position: Python Engineer – AI/ML Location: Hybrid (3x’s a week onsite/2x’s a week remote)) Position Overview: Python Engineer with hands-on coding and exposure to Python LLM frameworks, and libraries to support a team building AI Agentic Solutions to improve the business context for a GitHub copilot effort. Proven experience developing LLM-based enterprise applications and hands-on experience with RAG and Vector databases is desired. Job Description: We are seeking talented and passionate Python, R, AI/ML Engineers to join our growing team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will be responsible for designing, developing agentic solutions, and integrating these capabilities into our existing systems. You will have the opportunity to research and implement new AI/ML techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement agentic frameworks for autonomous problem-solving and task execution. • Integrate Gen AI capabilities into existing software systems and workflows. • Conduct research and experimentation with new AI/ML techniques and algorithms. • Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and scale AI solutions. • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in Gen AI and Agentic AI. • Contribute to the development of best practices for AI/ML development and deployment. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. • Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages is required. • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks like AutoGen, Langchain, LangGraph etc. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Experience with GenAI models like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama Preferred Skills: • Experience in Java and/or SAS programming language • Experience in using copilot and building custom solutions within copilot.
