Python/Big Data Developer

Position: Python/Big Data Developer Location: Rutherford, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ months (possible extension) Pay Range: $75 - $90 an Hour Technical Skills: • Strong Python coding (hands-on) in Big Data environments. • PySpark, SQL/PLSQL, Kafka expertise. • Database technologies, production deployment experience. Core Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end development and deployment of data analytics solutions. • Oversee team performance, mentorship, career progression, and talent retention. • Proactively manage risk, project pipeline, and resource allocation. • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to influence business decisions. • Drive innovative solutions and thought leadership in partner meetings. • Define business requirements, create technical/process documentation. • Translate large data sets into actionable insights.
