QA Lead (IBM Watson / Conversational AI)
Important Notes:

• Candidates must have healthcare Recent and finance exp previous rojects.

• Number of team members led.
• This is a heavy AI role – the team works on AI tools exclusively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Conversational AI (real-time project experience required).
• IBM Watson experience (mandatory).
• 5–8 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
• Proficiency in automation frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress).
• Experience testing RESTful APIs (Postman, REST Assured).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools (GitHub Copilot, Testim, mabl).
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
