Role description
Our healthcare client is seeking a QA Data Specialist. This role is fully remote, about 20 hours/week from April - June. You will be working closely with the Product Management team to ensure that all data that is sent over is reviewed and properly updated. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Perform quality assurance (QA) on data entry related to individual health plans - Review and validate benefit information entered into an internal benefits tool - Compare data extracts (Excel spreadsheets) from the tool against master benefit grids used in the bid process - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across multiple plans within the organization - Identify discrepancies and detailed data issues during review - Support a high volume busy season workload during the annual cycle (April-June) WHAT YOU'LL NEED: - Prior experience performing QA or data review processes - Strong attention to detail with the ability to review and validate large amounts of data - Comfort working in Excel and reviewing data extracts - Ability to work fully remote (company laptop will be provided) If you think you're a good fit for this role, send us your resume!
