Title: Quality Assurance (Custom Web application – Order Management) Location: Arden Hills MN Job Type: Hybrid Contract Duration: 6 months Send your resumes at hr@irow9.com Visit our website www.irow9.com/careers for more positions. • Quality Assurance candidate with 5 years of manual and automated testing experience in Custom Web application – Order Management or e-commerce platform or SAP Commerce Cloud – Hybris or Salesforce Order Management or Blue Yonder - JDA or Magento – Adobe commerce Or Oracle Order Management or IBM Sterling • Candidate must be a self-starter and able to work independently. • Must review User stories, use cases, User Design, Functional and Technical requirement documents to ensure requirements are testable. • Write detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scenarios, test plans, test cases and test schedule. • Test cases must be written and executed to cover Black box, Functional, integration, non-functional, UI, Smoke, Sanity and regression scenarios. • Extensive knowledge and experience in developing automation scripts using tool - Playwright • Manage, coordinate, and execute all required testing activates in accordance to test plan. • Hands on experience with Structured Query Language (SQL). Must be comfortable writing medium to complex queries to extract and analyze data. • Record defects by clearly articulating and defining each issue. Coordinate with Product Delivery Lead/ scrum master and Business System Analyst to identify appropriate resources to ensure resolution. • Comfortable with effort estimation based on the high-level requirements. • Identify testing risks and provide mitigation plans to minimize risks. • Experience in conducting Demo and User Acceptance Testing with business. • Experience working with development and Business Analyst teams to meet the milestones. Must be able collaborate with other QAs in the team. • Experience in Agile able to collaborate/ team player, excellent written and oral communication, take ownership and comfortable in a dynamic environment. • Tools/ Technology – o TypeScript, SQL, SOAP/ POSTMAN, XML, JSON, Mural, Visio, Excel etc. • Verify that end-user experience meets expectations during testing as well as post-implementation. • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance the Product. • Participate in daily stand-ups to communicate testing progress and status. • Take Ownership, good spoken and written communication skill, effectively collaborate with the team, ability to adapt. • Nice to have - o Experience in Microsoft DevOps. o Experience in integrating the Custom web order management application with back-end application like ERP (JDE preferred) • This is a summary, not an all-inclusive description of job duties.
