QA/RA Post Market Data Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled RA/QA Data Analyst to join our Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance data analytics team. This role involves turning complex data into actionable insights to support Post Market functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical device industry, strong data analytics skills, and proficiency in tools such as SQL and Tableau.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Post Market teams to understand and support data reporting needs.
• Translate non-technical business requirements into clear metrics, reports, and dashboard visualizations.
• Define and document business requirements for new analytics and reporting solutions.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide insights into product quality performance.
• Create user documentation and visual representations of data; ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support business system integrations related to data and reporting needs.
• Continuously monitor and improve the usability of reports and dashboards.
• Work with architecture and delivery teams to build scalable, long-term analytics solutions.
• Perform testing (functional, regression, usability, etc.) on datasets, reports, and dashboards; summarize and document findings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer and Information Science, or related field; equivalent blend of work and certification experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, including at least 3 years of hands-on Tableau experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft SQL or equivalent database tools.
• Proven programming skills related to data analysis and visualization for business and executive stakeholders.
• Medical device post-market experience strongly preferred.
