Role description
A client of Sharp Decisions if looking for a Qualtrics Developer. This role is ONSITE in Torrance, CA- a multi-year contract with no end date, W2 only.
Daily Task Performed:
• Set up and maintain Qualtrics dashboards for real-time visualization of KPIs.
• Configure filters, segments, and calculated fields for deeper insights.
• Automate scheduled report deliveries to stakeholders.
• Export and blend Qualtrics survey data with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for extended analysis.
• Configure and maintain XM Directory, ensuring contact list hygiene, deduplication, and integration with external CRMs or CDPs for personalized targeting.
• Validate vendor-produced dashboards or reports to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'
• Advanced configuration of surveys, branching, logic, quotas, and embedded data.
• Dashboard creation, segmentation, and calculated fields in Qualtrics XM.
• XM Directory management and automation of panel invitations.
• Experience with Qualtrics Workflows, Actions, and Webhooks for automation.
• Deployment and maintenance of Website Feedback and Mobile SDK integrations.
