The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving long-running tracking surveys, building and maintaining data workflows and dashboards, and supporting quantitative researchers by providing robust data analyses to inform decision-making and strategy planning. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and monitor long-running tracking surveys, addressing any data or pipeline errors promptly. • Develop and sustain reliable workflows and dashboards for survey data analysis and visualization. • Assist other quantitative researchers with data pipeline building and migrations, ensuring a streamlined process. • Create and oversee dashboards to track survey health and performance effectively. • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to optimize survey distribution strategies and support planning. Must-Have Skills • Proficiency in SQL and comfortability with R or Python for comprehensive data analysis. • Demonstrated experience in handling large-scale log data, including processing, analyzing, and dashboarding. • Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and data integrity. Domain Experience Required • 3+ years of experience in large-scale data analysis, preferably with user-level data. • Prior experience with survey methodology and survey data analysis is highly desirable.
