Responsibilities Develop comprehensive quotes by analyzing customer requirements, market trends, and internal cost structures using tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Conduct detailed data mining and demand planning to forecast customer needs and optimize pricing strategies. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to gather relevant data for accurate quote generation. Perform financial analysis including revenue management, cost accounting standards, and financial modeling to ensure profitability of quotes. Utilize predictive analytics such as regression analysis and market research insights to recommend competitive pricing options. Manage contract negotiations by reviewing terms, ensuring compliance with company policies, and aligning with inventory control and logistics strategies. Maintain meticulous records of all quotes, contracts, and related documentation in accordance with company standards. Skills Proficiency in SQL for data collection and analysis; experience with Alteryx or R is a plus. Strong data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, or pivot tables within Excel. Expertise in financial analysis, demand planning, pricing strategies, and revenue management. Solid understanding of supply chain analytics including inventory management, logistics, and inventory control. Knowledge of marketing principles such as customer segmentation and market research techniques. Ability to perform predictive analytics using regression analysis and other statistical methods. Excellent communication skills for negotiating contracts and collaborating across departments. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, product management processes, budgeting practices, and cost accounting standards.
