Role description
Work Schedule:
The position follows a standard Monday through Friday schedule, either 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM β 6:00 PM. This is a hybrid role, primarily remote, with the expectation of being onsite for key in-person engagements, referred to as "Moments that Matter," occurring every Wednesday.
Training Requirement:
During the initial training period (approximately the first 2β3 weeks), candidates are required to be onsite full-time.
Top Skills:
Technical Experience with SQL
Able to pull Data from System
Preparing Report by using Excel (ability to complete VLookups, utilize formulas and pivot tables)
Education: Bachelorβs degree will be required.
Coming form Billing Background from the Energy Retail industry will be prefered
Home office space with no distractions.
Need to have office equipment of there own (monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset).
Laptop will be provided by client.
Position Requirements:
β’ Education: High School Diploma
β’ 5+ years experience in corporate environment (retail utility industry would be a plus)
β’ Experienced with CRM systems (SalesForce experience would be a plus)
β’ Microsoft Office programs like Excel/Word (Excel: ability to complete VLookups, utilize formulas and pivot tables)
β’ SQL (preferred, but not required - ability to modify/run/create queries)
β’ Strong written/verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to work with teammates and autonomously
β’ Keen attention to detail
β’ Intermediate or advanced analysis/critical thinking skills
β’ Experience with issue resolution with customer service mindset
