Role description

Codes, Products, and Standards - IRA Appliance Upgrade Program

The staffing resource will provide active support for the IRA Appliance Upgrade Program (AUP) and the Codes, Products, and Standards team, with an initial focus on collaborating with the Appliance Upgrade Program and MyEnergy teams on development of requirements for MyEnergy updates and implementation plan to start and support for program management overall moving forward.

Required:

   • A bachelors degree or higher

   • 2-4 years of project management and Business Analyst experience in Energy Industry

   • Salesforce.com or SFDC | Salesforce Development exp

Tasks

This position will initially support the AUP and MyEnergy teams in their efforts to improve software, systems, and programs, including:

   • Developing project plans for features tied to project scope elements

   • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations

   • Requirements gathering and documentation to provide actionable requests for program systems work

   • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams

   • Work with Client implementation contractors to manage program metrics collection from end-to-end and ensure data completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness

   • Develop and issue requests for data; manage workflows for timely intake; identify and implement solutions and tools to improve data quality; and develop and execute processes and procedures that result in increased compliance for participating retailers and contractors, quality assurance, and remedial actions.

   • Perform rigorous data analysis necessary to support effective program delivery: Conduct data analyses required to improve program performance, increase impact, streamline customer and partner (retailers and contractors) interactions, reduce cycle times for processing, and manage risks associated with program delivery

   • Collaborate with Client implementation contractors to ensure program deliverables and reporting are executed in a timely manner.

Manager's Note:

   • Appliance focus on electrification.

   • Clean and Resilience building codes, retail Product program.

   • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations

   • Goal is to prime and improve market. AUP IRA Home electrification program Started in Oct. Focus on HVAC Heat pump wireframe upgrade.

   • This is a new program, building system program, Retailer Incentive program, Pre-qualification, reduction and pay. Facilitate on going system, development MyEnergy (Salesforce system). Doc procedure, contractor (inside or vendor directly interact with product)

   • User Testing, set up documents, User guide, fixing bugs, Focus on moving to salesforce to manage contract. Documentation, AUP – 4 team (20+ our side team is working) Lot of calls from outside contractors and consultants and for timely payment.

   • Crease process flow,

   • Not required Energy but System, operation and Salesforce exp.
