Role description
We are partnered with a global consultancy that is looking to bring on a talented Data/MarTech Analyst or Specialist who has expertise in Redpoint Interaction (Customer Engagement Software). This position is hybrid, 2-3 days on site in Malvern, Pennsylvania, and begins as a 6-month contract with the potential to extend. β€’ No sponsorship or third-party candidates are accepted at this time β€’ Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Redpoint Interaction Specialist to join our marketing technology team. This role requires expertise in Redpoint Global's customer engagement platform, with a focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing real-time customer interactions across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bridge marketing strategy with technical execution to deliver personalized customer experiences at scale. Key Responsibilities Platform Management & Development: β€’ Design and implement complex interaction flows using Redpoint Interaction (RPI) β€’ Configure real-time decision engines for personalized customer experiences β€’ Develop and maintain interaction strategies across email, web, mobile, and other channels β€’ Create and optimize decision trees, business rules, and segmentation logic β€’ Manage campaign orchestration and customer journey mapping Technical Implementation: β€’ Integrate Redpoint Interaction with CRM, CDP, and other marketing technology stack β€’ Configure API connections and data feeds for real-time decisioning β€’ Implement tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks β€’ Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance β€’ Collaborate with IT teams on data architecture and system integrations Marketing Campaign Execution: β€’ Partner with marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions β€’ Execute multi-channel campaigns with real-time personalization β€’ A/B test interaction strategies and optimize performance β€’ Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights β€’ Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) Analytics & Optimization: β€’ Analyze customer interaction data to identify optimization opportunities β€’ Create dashboards and reports for stakeholder communication β€’ Conduct performance analysis and ROI measurement β€’ Recommend improvements to interaction strategies and customer journeys Required Qualifications Technical Skills: β€’ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Redpoint Interaction platform β€’ Strong understanding of real-time decisioning and customer journey orchestration β€’ Experience with API integrations and data management β€’ Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and segmentation β€’ Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web personalization β€’ Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CDPs Marketing Experience β€’ 5+ years in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations β€’ Experience with multi-channel campaign execution β€’ Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and personalization strategies β€’ Knowledge of marketing attribution and measurement methodologies β€’ Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization Business Skills: β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities β€’ Excellent project management and organizational skills β€’ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions β€’ Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration β€’ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Redpoint Global certification in Interaction or Data Management β€’ Experience with other customer engagement platforms (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) β€’ Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics β€’ Background in e-commerce or retail marketing β€’ Experience with data privacy and compliance frameworks β€’ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Technical Environment: β€’ Redpoint Interaction (RPI) β€’ Redpoint Data Management (RDM) β€’ SQL Server/Oracle databases β€’ REST/SOAP APIs β€’ JavaScript, HTML, CSS β€’ Marketing automation platforms β€’ CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) β€’ Analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
