Role description
• • • • JANUARY 2026 START DATE • • • • Regulatory Data Remediation Analyst to support the identification, assessment, correction, and validation of data discrepancies across systems along with strong technical and Life Science Regulatory skills, an understanding of data governance best practices, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure data quality, compliance, and integrity. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze data sets to identify anomalies, gaps, and inconsistencies across systems. • Investigate root causes of data quality issues and determine appropriate remediation actions. • Perform data cleansing, transformation, and enrichment activities using tools like Excel or data remediation platforms. • Collaborate with business units, data stewards, and IT teams to validate corrected data and ensure business rules are followed. • Document all remediation steps and maintain audit trails in accordance with regulatory or organizational requirements. • Support ongoing data quality initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. • Assist in developing reports or dashboards to monitor remediation progress and data quality metrics. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, protection, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.). Qualifications: Required: • Master's degree in Pharmacy, and Certifications in Data Analytics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data remediation, or data quality roles. • Proficient in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools. • Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
