Release Manager

Position Summary: CEIs Fortune 500 Client is a national leader in commercial and consumer banking, and they are adding a Release Manager to lead and coordinate technology releases across multiple portfolio streams. This role requires deep expertise in Agile methodologies, release governance, and configuration management. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. • Must be currently local to Pittsburgh, PA • Contract position with potential for extension and permanent conversion • $50-55 / HR + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, & 401k) Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple aspects of technology releases, ensuring coordinated integration of applications and systems across portfolio streams. • Partner with cross-functional teams to build release schedules, project plans, and milestone tracking for applications and projects. • Lead the build and maintenance of infrastructure for configuration and release management of new or enhanced systems. • Oversee quality checks on change releases to ensure adherence to enterprise standards, guidelines, and best practices. • Create and maintain deployment success guides and documentation ahead of release execution. • Consult and collaborate with peers to ensure proper use of tools, methods, and schedules in compliance with change management processes. • Execute change management processes and escalate improvement opportunities as needed. • Mentor and train team members on release coordination, deployment strategies, and best practices.
