Position Type:
• Contract
• Hybrid - M-T-W in the Orlando office, Th & F work from home
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative or computer science field.
• Google Analytics background, SQL background, Email Analytics background (SalesForce Marketing Cloud).
• Working collaboratively with others to leverage a modern data stack to turn large datasets into actionable insights.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in creating/using data visualizations to tell a narrative.
• Familiarity with:
• Extracting data from data warehouses (preferred).
• Modeling techniques (preferred).
• Media/ad effectiveness measurement and tools (preferred).
• Web analytics measurement (preferred).
• Email effectiveness measurement and tools (preferred).
Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• R or Python experience is a bonus.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with web and marketing technologies including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SFMC, etc. (preferred).
• Experience with data visualization platforms - Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc. (preferred).
• Experience with data warehouses - Snowflake, BigQuery, etc. (preferred).
Job Experience:
• Experience in a quantitative data driven field or equivalent coursework/academic projects.
• Hands on experience mining large datasets in the context of marketing and/or web engagement.
• Experience putting together and presenting data-focused decks.
Responsibilities:
• Play a key role in supporting data-driven decision making across marketing and web product teams.
• Partner with team members and stakeholders to develop reporting, answer key questions regarding web products/marketing initiatives and provide recommendations/optimizations to continually enhance business performance.
• Support digital marketing partners by hypothesizing, implementing, and measuring media testing initiatives.
• Assist in dashboard development and maintenance through Power BI.
• Perform ad hoc analyses of both marketing and web performance using Snowflake, BigQuery, Power BI, FullStory and Google Analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders to support digital marketing testing.
• Support other analysts with reoccurring reporting that’s distributed to the broader organization.
