Join Reporting Solutions team in CX Operations, where we deliver market-leading reporting solutions and exceptional client service. As part of the Client Reporting team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate delivery of client reports and data, while driving process improvements and supporting automation initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver periodic client reports with precision and within demanding deadlines.
• Analyze client requirements and trends in data requests to improve reporting services.
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of deliverables, proactively communicating any potential delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to understand data flows across client, market, and fund information.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization to enhance efficiency.
• Support risk awareness within the team, maintaining strict attention to detail and issue escalation.
• Utilize Excel and proprietary technology to provide scalable reporting solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of experience in reporting, operations, or data management.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA skills are a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
• Interest in investment products and financial markets.
• Strong risk awareness and willingness to escalate issues proactively.
