Overview
We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to join a growing analytics team focused on customer contact optimization, campaign targeting, and performance measurement. This role partners closely with marketing and product teams to deliver actionable insights that drive customer engagement across personal banking products.
You’ll be joining a small, junior team and will play a key role in elevating the team’s analytical maturity—asking better questions, making strategic recommendations, and helping translate data into clear, digestible insights.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years in marketing campaign analytics.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills—able to ask questions, seek clarity, and make recommendations.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of data and coding (SQL, Python, or Java)—not heavy technical, but able to navigate and manipulate data effectively.
• Experience translating data into insights that influence business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in finance, insurance, or banking.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Dataiku or Hadoop.
• Experience with digital banking products, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.
