You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand what they need and create reporting solutions that give them confidence in the numbers. You’ll work from home and collaborate with colleagues at our #Hove office when needed, depending on business and team requirements. You’ll develop your technical skills through hands‑on experience with tools like Excel and Power BI. You’ll also learn new systems and help improve how we deliver insight, supporting our growing People Analytics capability.
