About Our Team
The Workforce Reporting team is responsible for supporting our entire ministry and their need for employee data out of several HCM systems, primarily focusing on Workday and UKG
ProWFM/Dimensions. We fulfill ad-hoc requests for data, develop large sets of reports and dashboards for teams to use, develop educational materials and provide educational support for our users, and support our broader Insights and Analytics team with reporting solutions. We actively partner with our stakeholders to develop custom scalable solutions within our technology platforms and serve as subject matter experts when and where needed.
Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Workforce Reporting Analyst will be responsible for basic report building, data requests, and assisting senior team members with more complex projects.
Essential Job Functions
β’ Assists and supports the development of basic reporting and data visualizations in various
β’ Human Capital Management (HCM) and timekeeping systems.
β’ Assists senior team members in ensuring requestors and business leaders have an understanding of the data, dashboard, information provided, and including its limitations.
β’ Collaborates with team members and requesters to understand ministry needs.
β’ Assists in the preparation, review, and testing of periodic system updates for impacts to reporting, dashboards, and data quality in a small number of HCM areas.
β’ Supports senior team members and technical teams with automation efforts by extracting data, embedding analytics, and building reporting for business process efficiencies and better user experiences.
β’ Reviews and verifies the integrity of data used in HCM systems and processes. Assists senior team members in quality assurance.
β’ Remains knowledgeable with the latest HCM reporting technologies.
Education
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in a related field (required)
Work Experience
β’ 1 year of related experience (preferred)
β’ Experience using Excel required.
β’ Experience with HCM reporting or timekeeping systems preferred.
β’ Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
β’ Some reporting or data visualization experience in Workday, Workday PRISM, Dimensions, Tableau or similar tool preferred.
