Reporting Analyst

Job Title: Senior Project Management Analyst Duration: 12 Months Contract Location: Hybrid Remote @ Rocklin / Dublin, CA Job Description: • Only submit candidates local to work location Rocklin and Dublin • Assignment is mostly remote with some meetings on-site in Rocklin and Dublin once a week. • Laptop to be issued. • A pre-determined amount for cell and internet expense can be submitted once a month for reimbursement with manager prior approval. • Mileage can be expensed for off-site meetings from home base office. Top things looking for: Project management, good document management / preparation, strong communication skills, lean awareness. Position Summary • This position is responsible for creating and presenting reports and metrics to support the Executive Leadership, Programs and Projects. • Data is retrieved from SAP and Project and Portfolio Management Center (PPMc) then analyzed to determine what information to present for the intended audience. • The location of this position is negotiable to be either in San Ramon or San Francisco Responsibilities: • Generate various Program and Project reports with focus on report automation • Create ad hoc reports • Analyzing and presenting data • Reporting and Process Improvement (on-going) • Assist training Associate Project Management Analyst 7 or more years of experience providing professional reports, scorecards and presentations that support Programs and/or Projects • 7 or more years of experience retrieving and analyzing data • 7 or more years of experience creating Program and/or Project Executive Level Summary Reports • 7 or more years of experience working in a matrix environment • 7 or more years of experience developing metrics to improve efficiency and quality of Programs and Projects • 7 or more years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint • 7 or more years of experience Financial Accounting Education or equivalent work experience Desired Qualifications • PMP Certification • Project or Program Management Experience • BA Business, Project Management, Information Technology or Statistics • Experience with Crystal Reports Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio
