Senior Reporting Specialist

Need solid experience with Power BI and Tableau along with Financial experience. If they have Fraud & Claims experience, it is perfect.
·Design and develop a comprehensive framework for reporting on issues, controls, and regulatory matters. This includes defining key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reporting formats.
·Deploy reports that provide clear, concise, and actionable insights into the status of ongoing initiatives, including issues management, control effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
·Collaborate with various teams to gather data, understand reporting needs, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
·Work with BDA&M to create automated reporting processes to streamline data collection and reporting, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
·Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner, using visualizations and other tools to enhance understanding.
·Maintain data integrity and ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Fraud & Claims experience highly preferred
·Experience with designing and developing report-outs related to risk management, compliance, or audit functions is highly preferred.
·Expertise in data visualization tools
·Strong understanding of data management principles, including data quality and governance.
·Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
·Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
