Role Overview
We're looking for an advanced Excel professional with deep, hands-on experience in office or retail management to help shape the quality and accuracy of next-generation model training data. This is a high-impact, domain-expert role where your real-world spreadsheet expertise directly influences how intelligent systems learn.
What You Will Be Doing
• Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks drawn from your professional experience and write accurate, well-structured solutions
• Guide research teams in closing knowledge gaps and improving model performance on Excel-based tasks within the office/retail management domain
• Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions, providing clear, constructive written feedback
• Collaborate with fellow subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy across training data
• Apply your expertise across areas such as sales and inventory tracking, staffing and scheduling, P&L modeling, and KPI dashboards
Who We Are Looking For
• Advanced, professional-level Excel expertise including dynamic arrays, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros/VBA
• Hands-on professional background applying Excel within office or retail management contexts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate solutions clearly in writing
• Demonstrated career progression within your field
• Availability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours per week during weekdays
