• Location: Plano, TX Fully Onsite (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 6 + month contract to (hire + multi-extension capability)
Position Overview
Are you a data storyteller who can turn complex retail metrics into a strategic roadmap? We are seeking a Manager of Retail Performance Analysis to lead the charge in optimizing our Mobile business sector. In this role, you won’t just move data around; you will establish the frameworks that enable data-driven decisions and operational excellence across our retail footprint.
The ideal candidate is a power user of Excel and Tableau with the ability to bridge the gap between technical data sets and executive-level strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Performance Analysis: Identify trends and patterns in sales and operational efficiency using clear, concise visualizations (charts, graphs, and summaries).
• Dashboard Mastery: Build and maintain sophisticated performance dashboards that track KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Data Integrity: Download and validate daily POS Sales, Retail Traffic, and financial data to maintain the integrity of our weekly combined dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to consolidate disparate data sources and ensure a "single source of truth" for the organization.
• Strategic Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of retail operations to pinpoint opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Executive Support: Assist Senior Management in creating ad-hoc reports and new KPI frameworks to support rapid business growth.
Required Background & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Data Analytics, Sales Analytics, or Business Performance Dashboard development.
• Technical Toolkit:
• Expert Excel (Required): High proficiency with Index/Match functions, advanced formulas, and complex data modeling.
• Data Visualization: Extensive experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Database Management: Strong SQL skills for querying and interpreting large, complex datasets.
• Presentation: Proficiency in PowerPoint to translate data into compelling narratives.
Necessary Skills & Attributes
