Role description
Job Title: Reward Advisor
Job Location: Hounslow
Contract Length:Fixed term contract - 18 months
Working Pattern:3 days onsite
Days: Monday - Friday Hours: 40 hours per week
Principal Accountabilities
β’ Support the implementation of multiple reward initiatives, cyclical reward programmes (compensation or benefits) and projects.
β’ Support the delivery of compensation or benefits projects end-to-end.
β’ Support the delivery of reward change initiatives.
β’ Participate in the development and implementation of the overall reward strategy.
β’ Through internal and external networking look to continually improve Reward policies, procedures and practices building on best practice.
β’ Follow processes along with identifying improvements.
β’ Review and ensure reward governance and reward compliance across the business.
β’ Data analysis to support reward decisions and recommendations.
β’ Manage and deal with colleague query escalations.
β’ Dealing with stakeholders, with a high level of service in a timely manner.
β’ Working with the team to identify and resolve issues on all reward systems.
COMPENSATION
β’ Support the annual compensation processes:
β’ Annual Salary Reviews
β’ Pay Deals
β’ Annual Increments
β’ Out of Cycle Salary Review
β’ Variables pay launches and pay-out (including Annual Bonus Plans, and Long-Term Incentive Plans including Share in Success Grant and Saver plans)
β’ Salary Surveys.
β’ Ensure consistency with our job framework and design using Willis Towers Watson for job evaluations and benchmarking along with any other market tool.
β’ Compensation data analysis and presentation as and when required.
β’ Manage the day-to-day operational requirements of multiple compensation plans.
β’ Curiosity to resolve complex queries in a timely manner.
β’ Collaborate with the People Insights team to deliver the annual pay reporting processes (Gender Pay Gap / Ethnicity Pay Gap / CEO Pay Ratio / Equal Pay Audit).
β’ Data production for monthly / quarterly / annual reporting (including RemCo).
BENEFITS & TOTAL REWARD
β’ Support the annual Benefit renewals processes for all benefit across multiple legal entities
β’ Manage the day-to-day operational requirements of multiple benefits plans across multiple legal entities
β’ Benefits data analysis, producing data and information dashboards as and when required.
β’ Draft and manage communications relating to benefit renewals and updates
β’ Colleague engagement with benefits at Heathrow
β’ Ensure Hub+ and benefit documentation is correct and up to date
β’ Manage and deal with provider and internal stakeholder queries
β’ Spend administration for all benefits
β’ Claim management for our risk benefits
β’ Manage sensitive situations
β’ Build strong and robust benefit processes
β’ Train, develop and upskill our Business Services colleague on all our benefit processes for them to manage going forward
Qualifications and Experience
β’ Experienced in working at a fast pace
β’ Able to multi-task on numerous topics of varying project lengths and complexities
β’ Experience of project delivery
β’ Ability to look at the broader picture and what may be next when delivering a project or piece of work
β’ Ability to communicate effectively, influence and enable stakeholders to understand compensation and benefits structures, principles, processes, data, and reports
β’ Ability to communicate across all levels in the business and influence internal and external stakeholders and to be able to manage multiple priorities.
β’ Experience at Reward advisor level.
β’ Experience within a reward focused role is desirable.
β’ Knowledge of Oracle, desirable but not essential.
