MUST BE ON W2 - NO THIRD PARTY RECRUITERS/SUBVENDING PERMITTED Position Title: Business Information Management Specialist # of Positions: 1 Start Date: September 9, 2025 End Date: March 7, 2026 (6 months) Work Location: Fort Lauderdale FL - 4 days onsite per week starting November (Wednesday anchor day) Role Overview The Business Information Management Specialist will support risk management, audit, and advanced analytics initiatives within the Protect Platform. Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, this role involves analyzing and interpreting complex data, forecasting emerging risks, and delivering insights to executives through dashboards, reports, and automation tools. The Specialist will collaborate closely with business, technology, and risk teams to ensure data-driven decisions align with regulatory and audit standards. Key Responsibilities β€’ Analyze data for risk patterns and emerging risks to support forecasting. β€’ Apply audit and regulatory methodologies to data and reporting processes. β€’ Translate technology risk and information risk insights into executive-level reporting. β€’ Develop reports, dashboards, and automation solutions using Python, SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and related tools. β€’ Support advanced analytics initiatives including leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot AI). β€’ Partner with leaders to provide business insights that inform strategy and decision-making. β€’ Contribute to ongoing operations and cross-team collaboration within Global Security & Defense. Must Have β€’ 7+ years of experience in business information management, risk, or data analytics β€’ Strong knowledge of risk management, regulatory methods, and audit processes β€’ Experience in technology/information risk analysis β€’ Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) β€’ Strong communication and ability to translate data insights into executive reporting Nice to Have β€’ Background in financial services or security/risk domains β€’ Experience with AI-driven data analysis and reporting tools β€’ Advanced degree or technical certification in business, data, statistics, or related field
