A large financial client is looking for a Risk and Data Analyst to join their team. This person will be joining the First Line Global Banking and Markets Operational Risk team. This team is responsible for maintaining and supporting the risk management framework for the GBM division and the ongoing assessment of new and existing processes. In addition, this team is moving from one risk assessment system to another. This person will be supporting Associates in the RCSA execution process. The execution process entails reviewing assessments, rate and control the risk framework, and submitting results to external parties. Responsibilities Include: • Ad Hoc Data Requests • This person will receive data requests such as “show me all the businesses that have this control in place” and they will proceed to pull the correct data for that request. • Assist in pulling various data points for the RCSA execution process • Pull various data sets and reconcile the data in between sets • Pull data from various systems and put into a specific template to be uploaded into the new system Assist in putting together PowerPoint decks for senior leadership Required Skills & Experience • 1+ years within banking, ideally Global Markets experience • Experience within a risk or audit environment • Experience with Excel for data cleansing or data manipulation • Exposure to ETL and Data Analytics platforms such as Tableau and Alteryx
