Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Plano, TX, Jersey City, NJ, and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
β’ Provide risk and audit and exam management support for Core Technology Infrastructure
β’ Lead the management of risk for up to two Technology Executives by partnering with the leadership and their teams to apply subject matter expertise to support a culture of risk identification, escalation and timely mitigation of compliance and operational risks
β’ Provide support for audit and exam management by acting as a liaison between our audit partners and technology subject matter experts to ensure audit workflow and requests are addressed in a timely manner
β’ Solve problems analytically by applying a mixture of risk and technology expertise to perform impact assessments, identify root causes in support of the technology audit and control activities, and drive risk reduction in the respective technology teams
β’ Provide quality assurance in real-time at the task level to provide feedback and training as needed and monitor the health of audit issues through their lifecycle, including action plan development and validation through Resolved by Line of Business review
Requirements:
β’ 5+ years of relevant work experience- Must have a risk background-(previous roles- Risk analyst, Data analyst, information security analyst, risk auditor, issues management/ quality assurance, etc.)
β’ 5+ years of experience reporting & analyzing data
β’ MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Reporting with Excel- use of pivot tables and Vlook ups
β’ SharePoint-make modifications to SharePoint, oversee edits, etc.

β’ Ability to connect dots and understand impacts of the work that is done and how it can tie into other areas within the team and across GT&O
Pay range: $38.44 - $46.44
