Experience writing process documentation.o Demonstrated organizational skills in multi-tasking and managing multiple projectso Self-directed, with the ability to anticipate and identify urgent needs Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support the development of high-quality knowledge articles that will fuel AI-driven automation and digital transformation initiatives. This role bridges People operations and technology, ensuring that knowledge assets are structured, accurate, and optimized for machine learning and AI applications. Qualifications:Minimum: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or knowledge management. Familiarity with AI technologies, automation platforms (e.g., RPA), and knowledge bases. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Experience with tools like MS Copilot, SharePoint, ServiceNow Knowledge Management, or similar platforms.
