Role description
We are seeking candidates with the following profile:
3β5 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or related functions, preferably in a dynamic commercial setting.
Skilled in data tools like Excel, SQL, and PowerBI; able to use prompt-based AI for quick results.
Familiar with CRM systems (e.g., Jupiter) and sales pipeline reporting/metrics.
Strong grasp of data modeling, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
Capable of extracting, cleaning, and interpreting large datasets for actionable insights.
Proactive, independent, and collaborative with strong communication skills.
Analytical, original thinker who can turn complex findings into clear business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze weekly end-to-end sales pipeline data to spot trends, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
Build reports and dashboards on pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal progress.
Recommend strategies to improve pipeline velocity, win rates, and revenue forecasting.
Partner with sales leaders to apply pipeline management best practices.
Maintain data quality and governance by working closely with sales operations.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Provide ad hoc analyses to support pursuit strategies and deal qualification.
Track the impact of changes, refine models, and stay updated on tools, methodologies, and benchmarks.
