Job Title: Sales and Marketing Data Analyst
Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Data Analyst plays a vital role in supporting system and data enhancements, ensuring the delivery of accurate data to end users such as Sales & Marketing teams, distributors, dealers, retailers, and consumers. The main responsibility is to drive progress on data enhancement for the company's Part Finder tools. This involves feeding accurate data into the database and connecting parts with the models they fit and replace. The role also includes maintaining accurate product data and exploring opportunities to streamline and enhance the company's Part Finder tools.
Essential Skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data entry across multiple systems (PDF, excel, online websites).
• Schooling in Data Analytics or 1+ year experience in high-volume data analysis.
• Ability to connect parts information to the models they fit and parts they replace.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy and analytics.
• Familiarity with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SAP, and Hybris.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a product, marketing, or data-related role, or equivalent educational experience.
• Demonstrated experience handling large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
• Ability in data extraction/web scraping is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities is a plus.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to gauge the importance of relevant information.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work schedule with in-office presence required 2-3 days per week. The company promotes a good culture and offers great benefits. The dress code is business casual.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
